Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or attending a session. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Nadja Chicoulaa, Certified Hypnotherapist and NLP Practitioner, operating online and in-person in Abu Dhabi, UAE ("I", "me", "my" or "the Practitioner").
By booking a session or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not book or use my services.
I offer the following services:
Session details, including duration and format, are agreed upon at the time of booking. I reserve the right to modify service offerings at any time with reasonable notice.
Hypnotherapy and NLP are complementary therapeutic modalities. They are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychological therapy, or professional mental health care. I am not a medical doctor, psychologist, or licensed psychotherapist.
By booking a session, you confirm that you:
If you are currently receiving treatment for a serious mental health condition (e.g. schizophrenia, severe clinical depression, personality disorders), please inform me prior to booking. I reserve the right to decline or refer a client where I believe my services would not be appropriate or safe.
Sessions are booked via Calendly or by contacting me directly via WhatsApp or email. A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received (where applicable) or a confirmation message has been sent.
Prices are listed in Euros and are inclusive of all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.
Full payment is required prior to or at the beginning of the session unless otherwise agreed in writing. I reserve the right to cancel a session if payment has not been received.
In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer a full refund or alternative appointment at no additional cost.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for an in-person session or join a video call more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, I reserve the right to treat the appointment as a no-show at my discretion.
All information shared during sessions is treated with strict professional confidentiality. I will not disclose the content of your sessions to any third party without your written consent, except where I am legally required to do so (for example, if there is an imminent risk of serious harm to yourself or others).
Session notes, if kept, are stored securely and retained only as long as necessary (see my Privacy Policy).

Technical issues on the client's side that prevent a session from taking place are not grounds for a refund unless rescheduling is not possible.
While I take every reasonable care to provide a high-quality service, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from hypnotherapy or NLP sessions. Results vary between individuals and are influenced by many factors including commitment, openness, and the nature of the issue being addressed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of my services or website.
All content on this website - including text, images, graphics, and design - is the intellectual property of Nadja Chicoulaa unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content without my prior written consent.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Abu Dhabi, UAE.
I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of my services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
